On September 5, 2023, Big River Radio, Inc., licensee of Radio Stations WBYG-FM 99.5 at Point Pleasant, West Virginia and WTHQ-AM 1030 at Point Pleasant, West Virginia, filed an application with the Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”) for an assignment of the WBYG and WTHQ licenses to Jackson County Broadcasting, Inc.
